Poligrafici Il Borgo srl strives to be a reliable partner and provider of printed products for the publishing and business worlds, using rotary and sheet-fed offset printing. 
It pursues excellence in its production processes, as a technically proficient, organized and flexible player with the capacity to cater promptly to the needs of a wide range of clients.
The company’s level of customer satisfaction is demonstrated first and foremost by its established relationships with its clients and the demand for it to contribute to new projects. Rather than an end in itself, Poligrafici Il Borgo srl’s customer-oriented approach is something that it espouses in order to make a profit and therefore make new investments.
In order to achieve its goals, the management pledges to:
→ Comply with the rules in force and protect the environment and the health and safety of staff through constant effects to reduce workplace risks
→ Provide high-quality products that meet the stated requirements of customers, clearly defining the specifications of products that are due to be made 
→ Select reliable suppliers and establish long-lasting working relationships with them
→ Engage and motivate the staff in order to ensure that specialist departments work in synergy and provide the best possible service to customers 
→ Understand the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders 
→ Listen to and deal with concerns raised by people both inside the company and outside (such as customers and suppliers), ensuring that they can remain anonymous when appropriate 
→ Provide occupational health and safety training for all members of staff and, if necessary, increase the individual skills of staff through training/coaching 
→ Monitor business processes through constant collection and analysis of data 
→ Promote risk-based thinking 
In addition, Poligrafici Il Borgo srl complies with fundamental principles at work in accordance with Italian rules and regulations. It does not use forced or child labour and ensures staff have freedom of association and access to open dialogue with the management, either directly or through workers’ representatives.
